Your star rating is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We’ll contact you well in advance to schedule your next annual visit and ensure continuity.

Qualifying hotels receive a digital star badge for use across online platforms, marketing, and guest communications. Optional physical plaques are also available for display on-site for a small fee.

You’ll receive your official rating and a detailed feedback report within 10 working days of the visit. This includes improvement suggestions and marketing guidance.
